Kelly is an ICF Certified Leadership Coach (PCC) and holds a degree in organizational psychology from Harvard. She has over 20 years of international experience in leadership roles across both large global corporations and a technology startup. Kelly began her coaching journey 10 years ago and is passionate about coaching leaders using evidence-based techniques from renowned scholars. She draws on her expertise in transformational leadership, gendered leadership, positive psychology, motivational theories, change theories, workplace wellbeing, intersectionality, and mastering life’s transitions.

Born to English-German parents in a Welsh village with the longest name in Europe, Alex has made it his mission to keep marketing and communication straightforward and concise. A political scientist by trade, Alex began his career working on content marketing projects for the German Foreign Office, but soon found the lure of Marketing & Tech too great and switched to a creative agency role, developing multichannel campaigns for global brands such as Microsoft, Allianz and AMD.
Following a brief stint heading up Marketing and PR at German telco tech start-up tyntec, Alex was recruited by Selligent Marketing Cloud, where he was part of the core leadership team that rapidly grew the business towards an exit. A regular speaker at conferences throughout Europe, the bilingual Brit-German is currently supporting Speexx’s rapid growth in his role as Global Head of Marketing.
