She has over 20 years of international experience in leadership roles across both large global corporations and a technology startup. Kelly began her coaching journey 10 years ago and is passionate about coaching leaders using evidence-based techniques from renowned scholars. She draws on her expertise in transformational leadership, gendered leadership, positive psychology, motivational theories, change theories, workplace wellbeing, intersectionality, and mastering life’s transitions.

Myles Runham is the Senior Analyst for Digital Learning at Fosway Group, Europe’s #1 HR industry analyst. He has worked in online and digital businesses for over 20 years, 15 of which have been in the learning field. He has held a range of leadership roles from strategy, marketing, and product management to managing director, all with a clear focus on the impact of digital technologies on customers, products and services, and the future of the business.
