Laura is an experienced international speaker, author and facilitator with a passion for exploring, challenging and sharing. Founder of Learning Changemakers and co-creator at Emerging Stronger, her focus has always been on bringing together a community to explore how learning innovation creates business impact.

Laura has authored/co-authored over 40 major research reports and written over 300 articles as a regular contributor to industry publications. She has also won several prestigious awards, including the Learning and Performance Institute’s Colin Corder Award for outstanding achievement and the Learning Technology Award for outstanding achievement.

Jo is a speaker, instructional designer and classroom facilitator specializing in virtual classrooms, webinars and live online learning technology. Jo’s passion is to help and support teams, professionals and organizations to embrace the benefits of the virtual classroom. Jo’s background includes: further and higher education; the charity sector; small and large organizations, including CNN News.

Through her company, Lightbulb Moment, Jo specialized in training learning professionals about virtual classroom design and delivery. She has spoken on various topics at conferences such as Learning Technologies, Online Educa Berlin, and keynoted for Colleges Wales and E-learning Fusion.

Born to English-German parents in a Welsh village with the longest name in Europe, Alex has made it his mission to keep marketing and communication straightforward and concise. A political scientist by trade, Alex began his career working on content marketing projects for the German Foreign Office, but soon found the lure of Marketing & Tech too great and switched to a creative agency role, developing multichannel campaigns for global brands such as Microsoft, Allianz and AMD.
Following a brief stint heading up Marketing and PR at German telco tech start-up tyntec, Alex was recruited by Selligent Marketing Cloud, where he was part of the core leadership team that rapidly grew the business towards an exit. A regular speaker at conferences throughout Europe, the bilingual Brit-German is currently supporting Speexx’s rapid growth in his role as Global Head of Marketing.
