Founder of Learning Changemakers and co-creator at Emerging Stronger, her focus has always been on bringing together a community to explore how learning innovation creates business impact.

Laura has authored/co-authored over 40 major research reports and written over 300 articles as a regular contributor to industry publications. She has also won several prestigious awards, including the Learning and Performance Institute’s Colin Corder Award for outstanding achievement and the Learning Technology Award for outstanding achievement.
